Please note: Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- All items must include the original parts, components, and packaging as received.
- The product must show normal use only. Damage caused by careless handling is not eligible for return.
- Products that involve hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- If the product arrived defective or damaged, this must be reported immediately after delivery.
- Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
- Returns are reviewed within 7 business days after the item has been received. If all conditions are met, the return will be approved within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the product has been used excessively or damaged through no fault of our own.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the original sender address. The correct return address will be provided after your request has been approved. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning a product.
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the final item in their order. The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receive the goods.
Because our store operates with an automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process. If the product has already been shipped, you must wait until it arrives and then return it according to our return procedure.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision (for example by email). The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders Already in Transit
Our products may be shipped from international warehouses in Asia. Because of international shipping times, delivery may take longer than domestic shipments. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until the goods arrive and then return them to us. You may notify us in advance if you plan to return the order. For faster processing, please send us the shipping confirmation of your return shipment.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs if you selected a shipping method other than our standard delivery option). The refund will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
All returned products are sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
